Main features:

1. The machine adopts PLC and touch screen for controlling the mould opening，mould closing，material feeding，steaming，temperature keeping，vacuum cooling，de-moulding and ejecting；
   
2. The machine adopts high-efficient vacuum system and condensate device to improve moulding speed and reduce the moisture content. Vacuum supported machine is very efficient for making high-density and thick block；
   
3. Since this machine is made of high quality profiled bars under the timely heat treatment,so it bear expansibliity of high-consistency products without transmutation and have a high-intensity , and ensure same quality of inside and outside block；
   
4. The machine mould antrum is made of special alnico main plate with good efficiency for high heat exchange,top-class anti-extension and can be use for long time.
   
5. It adopted high-efficiency vacuum pump cooling equipment with good penetrability and joint,the high speed to molding,low hydrated-rate,thus to guarantee the consistency both inside and outside of the thick foam plastic plate,so the productivity increased geminated.
